Pollux Length Sensor

DELTA Systems was able to contribute to the safety and good acoustics of the new building at the damping installations before the completion of the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg in 2016.

The Pollux length sensors monitor the function of the building attenuation and transmit with high resolution via radio network the given load of the attenuation. Pollux sensors warn of a possible exceeding of the limit value of the damping elements here.

In the Elbphilharmonie, the battery life of the Pollux sensors is used over a period of up to 10 years, even under the most difficult conditions. The data is transmitted wirelessly so that it can be read out and checked conveniently from the concert hall. Pollux length or distance sensors can be customized in length and accuracy to meet your needs. Additional sensors or a higher protection class are also possible.
